G'day, I'm Nick. I'm a licensed builder from Morningside — grew up here, learnt the trade from my old man, and spent 20+ years putting up custom Brisbane homes before I ever touched a lift.
In 2015 my nan had a fall on the stairs of the family home she'd lived in for 47 years. We looked at every option to get her back upstairs: stairlifts, ramps, moving her out. The one thing that made sense — a proper home lift — turned into a nightmare. Cold sales reps. Guessed pricing. Endless site visits with no answers. A quote that ballooned $23k mid-project. Nan passed six months before it was finished.

From there: the Prime 100 (compact glass cabin) starts at $38,000, the wheelchair-accessible Prime 200 at $52,000, and the multi-storey Prime 300 at $78,000. Every quote is fixed and in writing within 48 hours. No vague ranges. No upsells later.
No pit and no separate machine room required. The Prime range is a self-contained shaft that sits on a slab and needs only a small ~125mm floor recess or a discreet 100mm ramp. Most installs need one weekend of light construction work, not a full renovation.
A standard two-storey Prime install is completed in 2 working days by our in-house team. Three-storey homes take 3 days. We protect your floors and walls, tidy up daily, and you keep using your kitchen and bathrooms the whole time.
Every lift is fully AS1735 compliant with dual safety brakes, over-speed governors, weight-limit sensors, and a battery backup that automatically lowers you to the nearest floor and opens the doors if power is lost. It is one of the safest ways to move between levels in your home.
Yes — the Prime 100 fits inside a footprint smaller than a standard broom cupboard (about 1200mm × 1000mm). We routinely retrofit Queenslanders, Federation homes, and modern builds. We do a free structural check as part of the quote.
A Prime lift uses less energy than a standard hairdryer while moving, and effectively zero when idle. It plugs into a standard 10-amp power point and runs beautifully off residential solar — most customers see no noticeable change in their power bill.
The Prime range runs at around 45dB — quieter than a normal conversation. You can hold a phone call while it is moving. There is no hydraulic pump, so no whine, no smell, and no oil to service.
A 7-year parts warranty and a 12-month workmanship warranty on installation — the longest warranty on any home lift in Australia. Our Brisbane-based service team handles all callouts directly, usually same-day.
Yes. We are NDIS-registered and DVA-approved, and we work directly with occupational therapists to prepare Home Modification reports. If the lift is being funded through NDIS or DVA, we handle the paperwork end-to-end.
