Warranty Conditions

To maintain your warranty coverage, please ensure:

  • The lift is used in accordance with the user manual and intended purpose
  • Annual maintenance is performed by Home Lift Co or an authorised service provider
  • No unauthorised modifications or repairs are made to the lift
  • Any issues are reported promptly to our service team
  • The lift is operated within its specified capacity limits

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cab flooring, lighting)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Damage from power surges or electrical faults in the property
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) not affecting function
  • Issues arising from unauthorised modifications
  • Acts of nature (flood, fire, lightning)
  • Consumable items (batteries, light bulbs)
