1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Home Lift Co's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Home Lift Co.

2. Our Services

Home Lift Co provides home lift installation, maintenance, and related services across South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Ipswich. Our services include:

  • Home lift consultation and site assessments
  • Supply and installation of residential elevators
  • Ongoing maintenance and servicing
  • Repairs and emergency call-outs
  • NDIS quote preparation and documentation

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided to us and may be subject to change if:

  • Site conditions differ from those described or anticipated
  • Additional work is required beyond the original scope
  • Material costs change significantly
  • Building permits or approvals require modifications

A deposit is required to confirm your order. Payment terms will be outlined in your quote and contract.

4. Installation Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and clear access to the installation site
  • All necessary building permits and approvals are obtained
  • Electrical supply meets the specified requirements
  • The property is suitable for the proposed installation
  • Someone over 18 is present during installation

5. Warranty

All Home Lift Co installations come with a comprehensive warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Information page for full details. The warranty is subject to:

  • Proper use of the lift as intended
  • Regular maintenance as recommended
  • No unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Prompt reporting of any issues

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Home Lift Co's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services or, at our option, paying the cost of having the services supplied again. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Cancellation before manufacture begins: Full refund less administrative fee
  • Cancellation after manufacture begins: Deposit forfeited plus any costs incurred
  • Cancellation after delivery: No refund available

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
